“Gold medals aren’t really made of gold. They’re made of sweat, determination, and a hard to find alloy called guts.”- Dan Gable
At Lakshyartha International School, organized sports activities, in order to teach life-skills are an integral part of a student’s daily routine. We encourage every student to join and participate in at least one sports discipline. Sports teaches students that hard work makes them excel at something they put their mind to. It makes them team players. Being team players helps children to develop many of the social skills they will need for life outside of the school. Sport helps children develop better ways to cope with the highs and lows of life. Children learn to bounce back from disappointment, cope with unpleasant experiences and become more resilient to face the uncertainties of life.
